Since the pandemic, online education has become very common. Those people who did not have a way to connect to classes dropped out of school, and parents began to teach them so as not to leave their education aside. It is my film belief that the school teaches much better than  parents for a number of reasons, mainly two. In many situations, parents want to see their children reflected in them, so they would teach them in a way that they end up resembling them, and also parents had a different type of education than today, which would affect their child due to lack of the new forms of education and new topics necessary for this generation. 

   

To begin with, generally parents want to see themselves reflected in their children. In cases where they teach them, they could tutor only the topics they are interested in. As a result, this would affect the lack of necessary subjects in a basic education nowadays. Also, the son may feel too pressured by his parents to give them the pleasure of being proud. On the contrary, the school does not have a personal opinion about the subjects they teach, they are based on what is mandatory that a person must know at the time of graduation.

 

Secondly, drawing from my own experience our parents had a different education than the one we receive nowadays, with different approaches and subjects; This would also affect the way of educating a child since it would take away the new ways of teaching today and also they would not know about important issues that are necessary for this new generation. For example, my mom always asks me about the topics I see in technology since she didn't have that subject, which affects her a lot nowadays since the use of electronic devices has become very common. However, the ways of teaching in schools are updated to be sure of covering all the necessary topics for the future of a student.

 

In light of the reasons mentioned, I strongly believe that the education at school is much better than that of a parent. It is certainly clear to see why the opinions and ways of thinking of parents would affect the teaching of their child and their future while the school will never have a personal opinion and will teach using the best and most up-to-date strategies, approaches, methodologies and technologies.
