Bored of the same food?

Are you tired of eating fast food? Are you tired of only eating at McDonald’s, “El Corral”, “Frisby” or “Dominos”? Well, if you are done eating this type of food, like me, you might enjoy reading this article about where you can find great restaurants and coffee shops, with a great variety of products and of course delicious options, in Bogotá.

First of all, there can be different types of interests when it comes to choosing where to eat, it may be the price, the location, or even the clientele the place has. To start, “Apotecario '' is a demonstration of pure nature and appetizing food. It is located in Chapinero, near the university “La Salle”, on 57th street. There are two types

of environments, the inside one is more elegant, and the outside is more wildlife-ish. There are vegetarian options, that include “Agaricus Flameantes” which are gratinated portobello mushrooms with cheese. On the other hand, for the people that consume meat, there are options like “Galus- gallus” which is chicken seasoned with yogurt for 48 hours, with a side of purple cabbage, corn, and Asiatic lettuce, they even offer ravioli filled with “plátano maduro” and “chorizo santarrosano”.

To continue, “Casa Lolita” is an ancient house located in “La Quinta Camacho” and it is a cultural house, principally used for expositions, activities, concerts, or fairs. Still, in this house, they sell delicious pizza. The place is called “Famiglia” and there are different options, but I recommend you to order the “Quatro formagi” pizza, which includes four types of cheese like gruyere, mozzarella, Tilsit and blue cheese, but for the pepperoni lovers, I recommend the “Doppio Peperroni” which is lots of pepperoni and cheese. The thing with this pizza is that it is hand-made and also baked in a stone oven, so that makes it better.

Finally, I present to you “Zula” which has a “plaza” style, because it includes many restaurants and coffee shops, yet sometimes you can also enjoy a music band playing with great sound quality. It is located in Usaquén so you might have seen it. There is a Japanese restaurant called “Akami” in which they sell delightful sushi, but also exquisite “ceviches” and ramen. But if you dislike Japanese food, I’ve got you. There is a place, also in Zula, called “Solana” a rooftop restaurant, with an excellent view of Bogotá, in which they sell Colombian food, in a creative way.
