What if I told you that your house and room could smell like your favorite fictional stories and characters? You would probably think I am lying, yet the truth is that it’s possible. As a girl who spends her time watching a lot of movies and shows, and reading a lot of books, I know what it is like to fall in love with a story and fictional characters. This is why I’m bringing you a small business where you can buy candles that smell like your dreams.
Book y Magia is a small entrepreneurship in Colombia that sells candles that smell delicious. Their founder, Ximena Taba, loves to read, and three years ago she saw an opportunity making candles that would take clients into a whole new experience. Her work started in her parent’s kitchen, and now she has a whole team working to make and deliver these candles with a lot of love and hard work.
The business has a lot of candle aromas, and many are inspired by movies and books, for example: For Harry Potter fans there is a Draco Malfoy scent, an Expecto Patronum scent, and an Amortentia scent, among others. There are also candles inspired by the book saga “A Court of Thorns and Roses,” fairy tales, classic books, Marvel heroes, K-pop, Edward Cullen, and many others. This December there are featured Christmas scents like the Grinch, Nightmare before Christmas, and Christmas at Hogwarts. They also make special candles like one with a Spotify code to a song or playlist that can work as a gift for your friends, family, or partner. You can also personalize your candle in which you choose the theme, the scent, or they surprise you with the smell. You can not only buy candles, but you can also order mists that smell like the woods or rain at night, also they sell “Aroma Sheets” which are sheets made out of wax to make small spaces smell good.
This amazon Entrepreneurship has gotten quite a lot of recognition in these last few years, they went to FILBO in 2022, and their candles are an amazing gift for your loved ones or yourself. You can expect me to buy at least 3 of their candles this holiday season.
