People you love are not always close,

Sometimes they do some others they don’t,

“Love is not easy” they used to say,

but I never thought that not being with that person every day,

would affect me as it does nowadays,

 

“Having a romantic relationship from a long distance never works”,

yeah, sure, whatever, but love not always mean romantic, 

What if it is my best friend?

“Well, then it shouldn't be as hard”,

That’s when I know they don’t get me as much,

I can call you, but you not being there for me,

and me not  being there for you,

is what makes me cry through,

 

I know we’ll see each other again, 

but I just can’t wait,

I want you by my side, 

and never let you go again.
