Santa's favorite snack
Usually, on Christmas, there is a tradition of leaving Santa a delicious snack the night before December 25th. The tradition consists of making cookies and leaving them with a glass of milk in the fireplace or nearby. The next day magically the plate and the glass will be empty; this means that Santa Claus ate them and was in your house. If you want Santa to visit you, this recipe is for you

Ingredients:

2 cups of Flour (280 grams)

2 units of Eggs

1 cup of chocolate chips

1 cup of Sugar (200 grams)

1 cup of Butter (225 grams)

1 teaspoon of baking powder
Instructions:

Take a container and mix the butter with the sugar well, to start making the cookies.

Then add the eggs and keep beating. Once integrated, add the flour previously sifted with the baking powder and mix until a homogeneous mass is obtained.

Lastly, add the chocolate chips and mix them into the batter with a spoon, spatula, or your hands. You can let the dough rest in the fridge for 20 minutes and knead it again for 3 minutes when removing it. In this way, it will acquire greater consistency.

Preheat the oven to 180ºC.

Shape your cookies and place them on the baking tray, with some separation. Bake the chocolate chip cookies for 20 minutes.
