The best homemade chocolate truffles recipe ever
Hello everyone! In today's article, I will be showing you how to make the BEST chocolate truffles. I love making these with my little cousins back in Houston, they are so easy to make and super tasty.

First, I will start with the ingredients:

1 tablespoon of softened butter
-
â…” cups of heavy cream nor even heavy whipping cream
-
8 ounces of chocolate ( It must be pure chocolate)

Vanilla extract
-
Sprinkles
Step 1:
Cut the chocolate into small pieces and add them to a bowl, after that you must add warm heavy cream to the mix and your butter. Just remember to wait before you mix it because that chocolate needs some time to melt or else it would be harder to mix all together.
Step 2:
Stir the mix just made very well and wait until you have a nice brown color.
Step 3:
Refrigerate your mix for about 1 and a half hours, don’t forget that it can not harden, or else it will be difficult to make them into little balls.
Step 4:
Take your product out of the fridge and start using your hands to roll them into small balls, after you do this place them in a tray for them to sit. Later on, add some colorful sprinkles on top and place them in the fridge for half an hour.
