How to elevate your energy and vibration
Picture this: One day, you open your eyes and “rise and shine”, However, all of a sudden, your plans change. You get a F on a math quiz, fight with your best friend, your ultimate crush is ignoring you for the 5th time, you didn’t sleep well, you have period cramps, you have a bad hair day…We could go like this all day, but the truth is that a difficult situation or a problem doesn't define yourself, or your day. Sometimes we let our problems overshadow the rest of our day and lower our vibrational energy.
The Universe answers to the frequency of our vibration. If we are vibrating in a frequency of pessimism, anger, guilt, fear, or envy, we are going to attract things of a similar vibration. Nevertheless, if we are vibrating in a frequency of abundance, happiness, love, enthusiasm, or passion, we are going to attract things of a similar vibration. You have to be in harmony with the energy you want in your life.
To manifest the energy you want in your life, you must let go of everything. Holding on to chaos makes you carry the burden of something that happened and cannot be changed. Set you free of things that waste your physical and mental energy, and welcome things that nourish and attract energy and higher vibrational frequencies. These are a few examples of energy givers:

It’s normal to feel pressure and stress from time to time, thanks to the energy givers, stress may reduce a 90%. Nonetheless, anxiety it’s a different thing. Anxiety is a persistent feeling of anguish, distress or dread. Contrary to stress, anxiety goes on, even after the problem was solved or the situation was already lived. If you’re dealing with constant or extreme anxiety episodes, get help from a person you trust! A good mood setter helps you to be focused and de-stressed. If you have a mirror in your room, or even the one in your bathroom, you can write affirmations or lyrics of your favorite songs that motivate you and makes you feel happy, some examples: “Tu eres el gol en el minuto 90”, “I deserve it all”, “Better an oops than a what if ”... Another mood setter can be herbal infusions, burning sage, scents, or incense. Some benefits are that they help fight insomnia and help you focus. Last but not least, candles are the ultimate key ingredient. Besides, it helps disinfect bad energies, and it is a beautiful idea to decorate your room.
To sum up, you must not get carried away with problems, since life is short and you're carrying a burden of something you can't change. There are different methods, mentioned before, that can help you elevate the frequency of your vibration to attract the things you want in your life and have fewer unlucky days.
